QUESTION: Who is responsible for cleaning up and maintaining the grounds surrounding businesses? Circle Drive, between Galley and San Miguel, is fronted by big businesses -- ACE Hardware, Safeway, Cheers Liquor, Blockbuster Video and a vacant gas station, all with various ground coverings. Trash is a problem all along this area and nobody wants to take responsibility for seeing that it is cleaned up. Weeds are cut every now and then, but the trash is simply ignored. It is an eyesore. Is there anybody that can be "nudged" to clean up this area and see that it is kept clean and maintained?See the full content of this document
