A second man has been arrested in the Feb. 9 theft of a dead airman's effects from his widow's rental car outside an east-side restaurant, but the missing items have not been recovered, El Paso County sheriff's spokeswoman Lt. Lari Sevene said Wednesday.

Sheriff's deputies arrested Dwain Boyd, 22, on suspicion of felony theft, first-degree criminal trespass, conspiracy and obstruction. He is being held in the El Paso County jail on $3,500 bond. Denard Thompson, 29, was arrested last week in the theft and remains in jail on $3,000 bond.
