It's become a little tougher to find an apartment in the Colorado Springs area, but renters don't have to worry about higher rents for now.

Apartment vacancy rates fell to 9.6 percent in the second quarter, the lowest in three years, according to a report released Tuesday by the Apartment Association of Colorado Springs and the Colorado Division of Housing.
