Some El Paso County mobile-home owners are upset with a change in the regional building code they say renders their aging homes worthless.
The code change, approved Oct. 31 by the El Paso County Board of Commissioners, says mobile homes manufactured before 1976 cannot be installed or relocated within the county.See the full content of this document
