DENVER - An attorney with about 40 years experience in litigation said he thought Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen will win his trial against former owner Edgar F. Kaiser Jr. He also said even if Bowlen loses, it's unlikely he will lose his team.
Neil Peck, a lawyer with the Denver firm of Snell and Wilmer, has been following the Bowlen-Kaiser trial through the media. The trial is expected to go to the jury today after closing arguments.
