Douglas Bruce's tax-cut and debt-limitation initiatives may be on the Nov. 7 ballot, but Bruce still is battling the city of Colorado Springs in court over the issue.

A district judge on Wednesday rejected the El Paso County commissioner's claim that his phone number and Web address should be listed in procon statements on the ballot issue. But Judge Larry Schwartz told Bruce he did not have time to rule on two other complaints and suggested Bruce file a separate motion on them -- a move he is likely to make.
