Colorado Board of Education member Jane Goff will be visiting Japan in early November as part of the Japan Foundation's third annual Invitational Group Tour Program for U.S. educators. Only 23 educators will be going on the trip.

The Colorado education commissioner was asked for a suggestion to the group. Goff was thought to be the best representative, given her extensive experience in foreign language arts.
