Another year, another array of culinary fund-raisers to add to the new calendar. And there will be a bunch. But with limited space, we'll focus on two that are right on the horizon.
First up is The Broadmoor's "A Salute to Escoffier" Jan. 30-Feb. 1. George Auguste Escoffier is acknowledged as the chef who validated French cuisine in 1903 with the book "Le Guide Culinaire," and who is credited with raising the culinary arts to a professional level.See the full content of this document
