DENVER - A recent Colorado State Patrol decision to cap the number of riders who can participate in cycling events has the state's pedaling enthusiasts up in arms.
Cycling groups say the surprise move by the state patrol limits group events to 2,500 riders and effectively stops rides such as the Elephant Rock in Castle Rock, an event that draws up to 6,000 riders annually.See the full content of this document
