It's a dull world after all - at least as far as new-car colors are concerned.
White/white pearl is now the fastest-growing new-car color on the planet, tying for first place with silver on DuPont's annual Automotive Color Popularity Report. A total of 44 percent of the world's new cars now come in either white or silver, based on automotive color popularity rankings and trends from 11 leading automotive regions. Black comes in third at 20 percent and gray ranks fourth at 13 percent.
