Summary


The Episcopal Church was scolded but not punished in a document released Monday by the church's parent organization.

In its Windsor Report, a task force of the worldwide Anglican Communion criticizes the church for creating a schism over issues of homosexuality, including the ordination last year of an openly gay man. But the report is less concerned about sexuality than about how Episcopalians can work together despite differences.
