A 14-year-old freshman was arrested today at Falcon High School for allegedly bringing a handgun to school, according to sheriff's spokeswoman Lt. Lari Sevene.

School administrators received several tips early today that the student intended to sell the gun to another student. El Paso County sheriff's deputies were called in before classes began at 7 a.m. for the half-day of finals.
