Colorado Springs City Council members agreed Monday to move along in studying a massive plan to add 11 fire stations and numerous medical squads by 2025.

Fire Department officials will determine a potential price tag and perform a cost-benefit analysis by February, City Manager Lorne Kramer said. The council then can figure out where it will find the money and how it wants to proceed.
