A problem with a rocket kept a satellite built by Air Force Academy cadets grounded until at least January.
Monday brought another failed launch attempt for Falcon-Sat-2, which was supposed to reach orbit atop a rocket fired from the Kwajalein Atoll in the Pacific. High winds and a problem with the rocket's fuel tank first delayed, then ended Monday's attempt.See the full content of this document
