Let's just call it dumb luck. A couple weekends ago, while running some errands, I happened to come across some cool new foods and kitchen gadgets, and they ended up coming home with me.

I had stopped at Tejon Street Grocery & Deli, 321 N. Tejon St., to get a bite of lunch, and while the chef was making my muffuletta, I was cruising around the store looking at the gourmet foods for sale.
