Summary


Jurors deliberated for more than four hours Thursday without reaching a verdict in the first-degree murder trial of a former foster mom accused of killing a 2-year-old girl by tossing her across the room in a fit of anger.

The nine-woman, three-man jury, which got the case after six days of testimony, returns this morning to continue determining whether Jules Lynn Cuneo will spend the rest of her life in prison.
