Summary


A jailhouse snitch testified Friday that Timothy Nicholls confessed to him that he killed his children by starting a fire after spreading a flammable solvent on a couch and having his children sit on it.

Hiram Church was Nicholls' cellmate at the El Paso County Criminal Justice center shortly after Nicholls was arrested in 2005. He told jurors in the first-degree murder trial that he befriended Nicholls, then got him to reveal details about the alleged arson that destroyed the family's Village Seven home in 2003.
