Air Academy ruined Liberty's homecoming and kept its Class 4A football playoffi hopes alive by storming into District 20 Stadium and leaving with a 31-15 victory behind a strong performance by its defense and some big plays on offense.

Kadets quarterback Josh Tizzard scored on a pair of 1-yard touchdown runs and made some big plays through the air, going 3 for 7 for 111 yards, including passes of 57 and 42 yards.
