I am a pastor residing in Omaha, Nebraska. I recently had to deal with the pain of a family member being incarcerated in your jail.
I received a collect call from this family member. I was amazed to find out that the call was saddled with exorbitant fees: $6.95 for "connection fees" and 89 cents per minute. The total cost was $29.05.
