Two weeks after declaring their intent to put six charter amendments on the April ballot, Colorado Springs City Council members have come up with one more issue.

They will consider asking voters Tuesday to approve a seventh charter change to require Memorial Hospital and Colorado Springs Utilities to help pay council expenses.
