After spending 15 years in Japan -- his father owns an international business -- The Gazette Boys Tennis Player of the Year moved to Colorado Springs before his junior year at Cheyenne Mountain. Steady and confident, he led the Indians to back-to-back Class 4A state championships while finishing second (2005) and third (2006) at No. 1 singles.
