DENVER - Like winter snows or spring potholes, Ralph Nader is back again in Colorado.

The quadrennial presidential candidate filed paperwork Thursday to be on Colorado's November ballot. The Secretary of State's office won't officially certify him for several months, but because Nader paid his $500 filing fee and listed nine local Electoral College electors, he has met the requirements to be listed.
