Civilian prosecutors will not file charges against an Air Force officer who had been accused of sexually assaulting a female Air Force Academy cadet before the case was dismissed by a military court.
After reviewing materials from the Air Force investigation, prosecutors concluded they could not "prove the elements of the crime beyond a reasonable doubt," according to a statement Wednesday from the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office.See the full content of this document
