DENVER - Colorado voters could decide whether gay couples should have the same legal rights as married couples under a proposal that will be introduced today in the General Assembly.

Rather than calling it samesex marriage, the backers of the proposed referendum are touting it as the Colorado Domestic Partnership Act.
