Public has rights, too

I explicitly believe in the protections of our rights. "Rights," however, do not equate to immunity from actions. Undoubtedly most Americans are in agreement with the Supreme Court's ruling, and are also extremely horrified and ashamed that groups such as the Westboro Baptist Church manipulate the legal system and Constitution to provide themselves a platform to interrupt and publicly demean and sensationalize their beliefs (which they are entitled to ) at events such as the burial and services of a decent person who died supporting the rights of Westboro members.
