Rachel Noel Collins, age 17, died unexpectedly in a car accident late night on January 2, 2004. She was born on December 12, 1986 in Phoenix, Arizona, the youngest daughter of Stefano Collins and Susan Porter.

Rachel is survived by her parents, two sisters; Amey Johnson and Katey Collins, and her nephew Rahmel Bates. She is preceded in death by her niece, Leigh Noel Johnson, and her grandfather, William Porter. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, January 7, 2004 at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, January 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m., at the funeral home.
