Summary


Summer is supposed to be a time for pulling back, making time to be with family and taking stock of things. A time to relax. Any sort of travel can do the trick, but nothing says relaxing better than climbing aboard a hulking train and watching the scenery float past.

Fly and you miss all the scenery along the way. Drive and you have to deal with traffic, tension and fatigue. So, yeah, the train is the best option. A place to sleep. A dining car where you can get actual food instead of mini-pretzels. And somebody else drives.
