DENVER c The Senate approved a bill Thursday that gives the Department of Revenue until July 1 to specify the documents needed to get government services, including driver's licenses.

Last summer the Legislature created emergency rules that specify the documents required to obtain government benefits. Those rules, and the department's authority to waive them, were set to expire Thursday.
