Susie Moreno remembers hearing about a little boy who had been abused. When the child left the Children's Advocacy Center, workers wrapped him in a quilt. Moreno said the boy turned to the workers and asked, "When do I have to give the blanket back?"

The workers smiled and told the child he could keep the quilt. "His face just lit up," Moreno said.
