A Colorado Springs activist dropped a lawsuit Tuesday that had been designed to stop a tax for road improvements.
Steve Gresh had sued El Paso County last month, claiming the Rural Transportation Authority and its 1-cent sales-tax funding had not passed as claimed in November. Although the issue got more than 50 percent support from those who voted on that question, it did not get the majority support of everyone who voted on every county issue, he claimed.See the full content of this document
