Bobby Regester sped to one of the fastest times on the bottom portion of Pikes Peak on Tuesday. On the first day of practice for Saturday's Falken Tire Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, the Super Stock Car division driver posted a time of 5 minutes, 10.675 seconds.

Sporting a 2005 Pontiac Sunfire constructed by John Wells, the 23- year Hill Climb veteran improved his time on all four practice runs.
