A Colorado Springs lawyer and his associate who sold deceptive estate plans to the elderly were ordered to pay more than $1.6 million in damages and penalties, the attorney general announced Friday.
Attorney Robert J. Mason, 70, must pay $1.63 million and business associate Harry A. Hochstetler, 58, of Florissant must pay $48,000, the judgment by 4th Judicial District Judge Tim Simmons said.See the full content of this document
