The right to say no

Teachers in District 11 don't want to do their collective bargaining in front of the public. So maybe the school board and the state need to change the law. We don't have to get rid of their precious collective bargaining rights. It's an easy fix. Let's put whatever changes they want to a vote of the people who are responsible for their salaries. That would be we the taxpayers.
