A driver who crashed Friday night after racing down Constitution Avenue has been cited for drunken driving.

Travis Lavely, 18, also was served a summons to appear in court on suspicion of reckless driving, speeding -- 65 mph in a 35 mph zone -- not wearing a seat belt, racing and other traffic violations, police said Saturday.
