FORT COLLINS - Cheyenne Mountain coach Pete Nichols couldn't hide his disappointment after the Indians saw their lead in the team race evaporate during the final three events of the Class 4A state swim meet Friday.

"I feel like I let these kids down," Nichols said. "We had such a strong team this year, and this was so hard at the end."
