THE CASE: A civilian at the Air Force Academy was killed Dec. 3 when she was hit by a Jeep Cherokee in a parking lot near 4102 Pinion Drive, near Community Center Drive. Witnesses told investigators the Jeep did not stop.
THE VICTIM: Madonna "Donna" Head, 65, died of injuries she suffered after being hit by the Jeep. She was a civilian employee at the academy and a Monument resident. She was married to retired Brig. Gen. James Head, a longtime physics professor at the academy.See the full content of this document
